When I started Redged I wanted first of all a good monopod for my own use. With my length of 6 feet and 7 inches I needed a monopod of a good length and strong enough to hold my Canon 1D mark III with Canon 2.8/400. And now I have it and I use it on every safari trip I make. I took some great shots from a leopard in Botswana and even after a trip of 6 months trough Namibia and Botswana were I saw a lot of sand it works still perfectly.
